Summary: Comprehensive resource
Rating: 5
This is one of the most comprehensive books I've come across in terms of addressing the breadth of sustainability. It addresses more than just materials. It shows the interconnectivity of packaging, processes and social impact of our decisions.
Rating: 5
There are many considerations that are involved in sustainable packaging, everything from engineering to psychology to anthropology to art. The concept of sustainable packaging has seen some hype in the past few years, especially since the introduction of biopolymers. But, sustainable packaging is not only about materials,it is much more about design that encompasses all aspects of packaging, its functionality, its aesthetic quality, and its life cycle. This book looks at packaging from all angles. It will be very appreciated by anyone who has an interest or a stake in packaging. It is obvious how much thought went into it. It should be used as a reference for packaging professionals.
Summary: If you care about packaging and the world read this bookRating: 5
This is the first really comprehensive book on packaging I have seen. Buy it. Read it.
